WIDE FIT:If you have bunions, a neuroma, hammer toes or simply just wide feet—you’ll love our half-length footbed. These footbeds free up maximum volume in the front of the shoe. They also feature the same super-soft arch support as our full-length footbeds. Choosing our half-length footbed keeps shoes looking sleek and slimline, while cleverly creating space for feet to breathe.

NORMAL FIT:Foot not wide or narrow but somewhere in between? Try our full-length footbed. Designed with layered contouring to support your arch, cradle your heel, and cushion your forefoot. If they feel snug but not too tight, they’re just right.

NARROW FIT:Narrow feet? We’ve got you cosy and covered. Slip a forefoot cushion under the front of the full-length footbed, towards the front of the shoe to secure a more foot-hugging fit.

Not your regular ballet flats. Trinity reimagines the classic flat in Warm Sand/Black with luxe leather and subtle sophistication. Designed with plush rPET lining—made from recycled bottles—to reduce pressure, plus hidden arch support, and our podiatrist-designed footbed, it combines comfort with effortless style. Timeless, elevated.

If you commonly wear the same shoe size in your FRANKIE4s, we recommend sticking with this. However, if your feet vary between sizes, we suggest starting with the bigger of the two sizes first. We’ve found it’s not uncommon to go up half a size in ballet flats, due to their neat, sleek profiles.

From October 2024, select styles will be transported in a collapsible shoebox design. This helps reduce transport emissions in our supply chain. Additionally, all our shoeboxes, stuffing paper, and printed wrap are made from recycled materials and are curbside recyclable once the cotton shoelace handles are removed.

We recommend applying a high-quality waterproofing spray before your first wear and periodically. Spot clean marks with a damp cloth using water only, and lay flat to dry to keep them looking their best.

AU customers returning for an exchange over $185 or for store credit receive a prepaid return label.
