Free Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that you will love what you ordered, but if something doesn't work out, we're happy to offer an exchange, store credit or full refund on most unworn items in their original condition (with all packaging and components included), bought via our online store (AU or NZ orders) or any of our concept stores. Simply click the link below to start the return process.
Shoes must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
Please note: Styles with a discount greater than 20% are final sale.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns for socks or sockettes.
While most returns are processed within 1-2 days, we kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we’ve received it back at our HQ.
If your new sole mates are not the right size for you, please see our Size Guide to find your correct size. Then, select ‘Store Credit’ when returning your incorrect size, to repurchase your new size once your return has been processed.
If you find your new FRANKIE4s are too loose or too tight, and they came with our Sole Saver™️ Pack, we have a solution for you! Included in most of our enclosed styles is a small bag of removable footbeds, made for adjusting the fit of your FRANKIE4 shoes.
