At FRANKIE4, product quality and customer safety are our highest priorities. Through our ongoing quality assurance processes, we have identified a potential manufacturing defect affecting Amara heels which may cause the heel to become detached during wear. The potential manufacturing defect may affect both the black and camel versions of the heel. A detached heel may present a risk of falls and injury to the wearer.

We have included photos of the Amara heel below, to help you identify them.

As a precaution, we are conducting a recall of all Amara products sold through FRANKIE4 and David Jones.

If you own a pair of Amara heels, please stop wearing them immediately. We will arrange for you to return the heels and provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which will be a refund issued to your original payment method. There will be no cost to you to return the product.
