Sale Dispatch Timeframes
Due to our Black Friday Sale, please allow up to 4 business days for your order packed and dispatched from our warehouse.
You will receive a shipping update via email, which will include your Australia Post tracking details, as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Holiday Shipping Timeframes
Make sure your gifts reach their destination in time for the holidays. We've outlined our order cut-offs below, for the best chance of receiving your order by 24 December, be sure to place your order before midday (AEST) on the below dates.
Standard Shipping (AU)
NT – Order by 10 December
WA/TAS – Order by 15 December
QLD/NSW/VIC/SA/ACT – Order by 17 December
Express Shipping (AU)
NT/WA/TAS – Order by 18 December
QLD/NSW/VIC/SA/ACT – Order by 19 December
INTL Orders

Shipping within Australia
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all AU orders over $185. Orders under $185 will incur a $12 shipping fee.
Once your order has been dispatched (please refer to 'Dispatch Timeframes' above), delivery timeframes across Australia are between 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 business days for express shipping.

Shipping Internationally
We offer complimentary shipping on all INTL orders over $350AUD. Orders under $350AUD will incur a $30AUD shipping fee. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes will differ based on your location and during peak periods. United States: We do not offer shipping to the US. If you are located in the United States, head to our US store to browse our range and make your purchase.
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. These charges are payable by the recipient; FRANKIE4 cannot be held responsible for any of these charges. For more information on duties, taxes, and customs regulations, please contact your local customs office directly.
