Dispatch Timeframes
Stocktake Notice 24 - 26 June
Our warehouse will be completing a stocktake between 24 - 26 June. No orders will be processed during this timeframe. To ensure your order is dispatched before the stocktake closure, be sure to place your order by 12pm AEST Friday 19 June. All orders placed during this period will be shipped by Tuesday 1 July, latest.
You will receive a shipping update via email, which will include your Australia Post tracking details, as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Shipping within Australia
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all AU orders over $185. Orders under $185 will incur a $12 shipping fee. Express shipping is available on AU orders for a flat rate of $15.
Once your order has been dispatched (please refer to 'Dispatch Timeframes' above), delivery timeframes across Australia are between 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping Internationally
We offer complimentary shipping on all INTL orders over $350AUD. Orders under $350AUD will incur a $30AUD shipping fee. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes will differ based on your location and during peak periods. - United States: We do not offer shipping to the US. If you are located in the United States, head to our US store to browse our range and make your purchase.
- UK & EU: We are currently unable to offer shipping to the United Kingdom or European Union
- Middle East: We are currently unable to offer shipping to the following countries due to unfolding situations affecting airspace in that region; Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon and Oman.
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. These charges are payable by the recipient; FRANKIE4 cannot be held responsible for any of these charges. For more information on duties, taxes, and customs regulations, please contact your local customs office directly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched to Australia Post, you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can follow the delivery of your new shoes. Using your tracking number, you can follow the delivery of your order here.
