Limited Edition Collection
The products in the Limited Edition collection are produced in limited quantities and will be available only while stock lasts. We will not be restocking these items once they have sold out. The Limited Edition collection consist of the following products: Liberty Black Ltd Edt, Franklin Black Ltd Edt, Marlow Black Ltd Edt.
Each item in the Limited Edition collection is crafted with unique design elements, materials, or features that distinguish from our regular product line.
No discounts, promotional offers, or other offers are eligible for redemption towards the purchase of products within the Limited Edition collection. The pricing of these products is fixed and reflects their exclusivity and craftsmanship.
30-day return policy applies. If returning your shoes via post, the shoes and shoebox must be returned in the original external postage box to protect the product in transit. All accompanying materials must be returned.
Isla & Venice Beach Slides
Due to their exclusive nature, no discounts, promotional offers, or other offers are eligible for redemption towards the purchase of Isla or Venice. The pricing of these products is fixed and reflects their exclusivity and craftsmanship.

Refer a Friend Program
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the FRANKIE4 “Refer a Friend” Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by FRANKIE4’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Overview
1.1. The Program is open to residents of Australia or New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Under the Program, any customers (“Referrers”) may refer new customers (“Recipients”) to FRANKIE4 using a unique referral link provided via the FRANKIE4 referral platform located at frankie4.com/pages/referrals.
1.3. The Program consists of two promotional periods:
- Launch Offer: From 10:30AM Monday 28 July 2025 (AEST) to 5:59AM Monday 4 August 2025 (AEST), Recipients will receive a 25% Discount which can be redeemed on their first eligible purchase, and Referrers will receive a $25 Discount following a Successful Referral (as defined in Section 3.2). There will be a 48-hour Honour Period for Recipients to claim the 25% Discount (as defined in Section 5).
- Ongoing Offer: From 6:00AM Monday 4 August 2025 (AEST) until otherwise amended, Recipients will receive a 15% Discount which can be redeemed on their first eligible purchase, and Referrers will receive a $25 Discount following a Successful Referral (as defined in Section 3.2).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Refer a Friend Program is only available to individuals who:
a) Are residents of Australia or New Zealand; and
b) Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
2.2 The Program is not open to residents of countries outside of Australia and New Zealand. A separate referral program is available for customers shopping via the United States store (us.frankie4.com).
2.3. FRANKIE4 reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any individual who does not meet the above criteria or who violates these Terms and Conditions.
2.4. Referrers can be a new customer or existing FRANKIE4 customer.
2.5. Recipients must be new customers with no previous purchase history with FRANKIE4.
2.6. Referrals must be made using the official referral system located here, hosted by Okendo and authorised by FRANKIE4. Manual referrals or those conducted outside the designated system are ineligible.
3. Referral Rewards and Redemption
3.1. Recipient Rewards
a) Recipients who are referred during the Launch Period will receive a 25% Discount Code, valid for one use on full-priced footwear only (excludes Isla, Venice, and Limited Edition collection). This Discount must be claimed and redeemed by 5:59AM Monday 4 August 2025 (AEST), or within 48-hours of generation if the referral link is accessed during the honour period (see Section 5).
b) Recipients referred after the Launch Period will receive a 15% Discount Code, valid for one use on full-priced footwear only (excludes Isla, Venice, and Limited Edition collection). This Discount will be valid for 30 days from the date of generation.
c) Discounts are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, bundles, or discounts unless otherwise stated.
d) Discounts are valid for one use only.
e) Discounts are valid for new customers only, and cannot be redeemed by customers who have placed an order with FRANKIE4 before.
f) Discounts are valid in-store at FRANKIE4 Concept Stores or online at frankie4.com.
g) Discounts are valid towards full-priced footwear only (excludes Isla, Venice, and Limited Edition) and cannot be redeemed towards shoelaces, socks, or gift-cards.
3.2. Referrer Rewards
a) Referrers will receive a $25 Discount only upon completion of a Successful Referral, defined as:
- The Recipient clicks the Referrer’s unique referral link; and
- The Recipient completes a purchase that is attributed to the referral link; and
- FRANKIE4 is able to verify and attribute the referral through its tracking systems.
b) The Discount code will be issued via email and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
c) Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
d) Discount codes may be used in conjunction with the Professionals Privilege Offer (refer to separate Terms and Conditions for that program), but may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
e) Discount codes are valid for one use only.
f) Discount codes are valid in-store at FRANKIE4 Concept Stores or online at frankie4.com.
g) Discount codes are valid towards full-priced footwear only (excludes Isla, Venice, and Limited Edition) and cannot be redeemed towards shoelaces, socks, or gift-cards.
4. Tracking and Attribution
4.1. FRANKIE4 uses cookies and similar technologies to track referral activity. FRANKIE4 is not liable for untracked referrals due to technical limitations including, but not limited to, cookie blockers, browser settings, or incorrect usage of referral links.
4.2. Referrals must be made by the Referrer directly to the Recipient; use of referral links on coupon sites, deal aggregators, or paid media is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards.
5. Launch Offer Honour Period
5.1. Referral links shared before 5:59AM on Monday 4 August 2025 (AEST) will remain eligible for the 25% discount if the Recipient:
- Accesses the referral link within 48-hours of the referral link being generated; and
- Redeems the generated discount code within 24 hours of its creation.
5.2. Referrals that do not meet both of the above conditions will automatically default to the ongoing 15% discount structure.
6. Referral Emails & Consent
6.1. By submitting a referral through the FRANKIE4 Refer a Friend Program, Referrers confirm that they have obtained the consent of the Recipient (the referred friend) to provide their contact details to FRANKIE4 for the sole purpose of sending a one-time referral invitation.
6.2. FRANKIE4 will send a single email to the Recipient, informing them of the referral and the available offer. Where provided, the Referrer’s name will be included to identify the origin of the referral. The email will also include a link for the Recipient to access the referral offer.
6.3. The Recipient’s contact information will not be used by FRANKIE4 beyond the delivery of the referral invitation, unless the Recipient independently chooses to engage with FRANKIE4 (for example, by clicking the offer link, creating an account, or subscribing to marketing communications).
6.4. The referral invitation email will include clear sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Australia) and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (New Zealand).
6.5. FRANKIE4 reserves the right to suspend or restrict referral activity where it suspects misuse, including excessive email referrals or lack of valid consent.
6.6. If a referral is deemed ineligible (for example, if the Recipient has previously made a purchase), FRANKIE4 may notify the Recipient via email solely for the purpose of advising that the referral offer is not available to them. This communication does not constitute marketing and will not result in the Recipient being added to any ongoing marketing lists unless they separately opt in.
6.7. If the Recipient engages with the referral by clicking the referral link or requesting their discount code, FRANKIE4 may send a follow-up email containing the referral discount code. This communication is considered transactional and will not result in the Recipient being subscribed to ongoing marketing emails unless separate express consent is provided. An unsubscribe option will be included in accordance with applicable legislation.
7. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
7.1. FRANKIE4 reserves the right to disqualify any referrals or withhold rewards if, in its sole discretion, it determines that fraud, tampering, self-referrals, misuse, or other forms of manipulation have occurred.
7.2. Suspected or confirmed abuse of the Program may result in immediate termination of participation and the invalidation of all pending or previously issued rewards.
8. General Terms
8.1. FRANKIE4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these Terms, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
8.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of revised Terms on the FRANKIE4 website. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
8.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for purchase online at frankie4.com and in-store at FRANKIE4 Concept Stores. No discounts, offers, or other Gift Cards can be used when purchasing a Gift Card.
Gift Cards can be redeemed using the unique code, online at frankie4.com or in-store at FRANKIE4 Concept Stores. Gift Card is valid for 3 years from purchase, unique expiry listed on Gift Card.
Gift Cards remain valid until full value has been redeemed, or expiry date is reached (whichever comes first).
When an eligible order is returned for a refund to original payment method, if the original payment method is Gift Card, the refund will be processed back onto the original Gift Card.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are treated as currency; they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Review Coupon
Below are the Terms & Conditions surrounding FRANKIE4's Product Review Coupon Offer. FRANKIE4 Footwear reserves the right to adjust these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
One coupon ($25) will be issued per review. Review requests to online Customers are not guaranteed on all orders. Coupons are issued regardless of review content or star rating. Customers submitting reviews consent for these to be published on our website and to be used in our marketing. Spring Summer 2025 Launch Events
1. Definitions:

"Promotion" or "Event" refers to the ticketed Spring Summer 2025 Launch Event, held at participating Concept Stores.
“We”, “Our”, “Us” or "FRANKIE4" means means Frankie4 Pty Ltd.
"Offer" means all offers available during the Promotion Period, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
"Participating Concept Stores" is all FRANKIE4 Concept Stores in Australia: FRANKIE4 Albert Park, FRANKIE4 Balmoral, FRANKIE4 Camberwell, FRANKIE4 Hyde Park, FRANKIE4 Indooroopilly, FRANKIE4 Manuka, FRANKIE4 Mosman, FRANKIE4 Paddington, FRANKIE4 Windsor.
"Promotion Period" is between 4–6PM (Concept Store local time) on Thursday 11 September 2025.
"Ticket" refers to a $10 ticket which covers Event admission for two Attendees. A Ticket must be purchased to secure two spots at the Event. Tickets must be purchased specific to the concept store event you are attending.
"Attendees" means any person who has secured a ticket via the details outlined in these Terms, or is the one accompanying friend of a ticket purchaser. Attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
"Terms" means these Terms and Conditions.
2. Event Overview
Be the first to explore our new Spring Summer 2025 range up close and in person. Enjoy an exclusive offer (see Section 4. Offer) towards purchases on the night, refreshments including Aperol Spritz & Bobby's Drinks, light catering including a charcuterie board.
The Event will take place during the Promotion Period. For the Spring Summer 2025 Launch Events, this is between 4–6PM Thursday 11 September 2025 (Concept Store local time). The Event is a ticketed event only. See the Section 3. for more information on Tickets.
3. Tickets
Tickets are $10AUD and cover admission for two people. Tickets are valid only for the specific Concept Store location selected at the time of purchase, and can be purchased via the links in these Terms.
The $10 ticket cost is redeemable at the Event towards any footwear purchase, during the Promotion Period only. The $10 redemption must be used in a single transaction. The redemption cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.

4. Offer
During the Promotion Period, in-store at participating Concept Stores, Attendees will receive 20% off any full-price footwear purchase (excluding Limited Edition, Isla, and Venice, excludes shoelaces, socks, and gift cards). This Offer is available to ticketed Attendees at the Event, redeemable at the Participating Concept Stores during the Promotion Period, only. Standard return conditions apply for any purchase within this Offer.
5. Age Requirements
Attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Valid ID may be required for entry or for serving of alcohol.
6. Event Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the event in part or whole due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation by the Promoter, ticket holders will be notified via the email provided at purchase and ticket refunds will be issued.
7. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify a staff member on the night.
8. Code of Conduct
This Event is intended to be enjoyed by all staff and Attendees. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any Attendee who engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.

Item 2. Competition: Shop In-Store Giveaway | Balmoral, Indooroopilly, Windsor
Item 3. Competition Period: The Competition Period is during store operating hours between Monday 1 September 2025 – Tuesday 30 September 2025.
Item 4. Age Restriction: 18 years and over.
Item 5. Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents who:
a) Meet the Age Restriction; and
b) Are not directors, management or employees of the Promoter and its related entities; and
c) Are not immediate family members of directors, management or employees of the Promoter and its related entities; and
d) Are opted-in to receive email marketing at the time of the Prize Draw; and
e) Complete all the requirements outlined in Item 7. Entry Method.
Item 6. Maximum Number of Entries: Maximum one (1) per person.
Item 7. Entry Method: Purchase any footwear product (purchase must include a pair of footwear, excludes shoelaces, socks, gift-cards) from any participating store during the Competition Period, and be opted-in to receive email marketing by FRANKIE4 at the time of the Prize Draw. Participating stores include and are limited to the following: FRANKIE4 Balmoral Concept Store, FRANKIE4 Indooroopilly Concept Store, FRANKIE4 Windsor Concept Store. Customers will automatically be entered into the draw upon completion of a qualifying purchase. If a customer returns their qualifying purchase for a refund, their entry into the promotion will be deemed invalid and withdrawn from the draw. Entries will not be invalidated if the customer exchanges the product or opts for a store credit, provided the replacement item or credited amount still qualifies under the original promotion criteria (i.e. full-price footwear).
Item 8. Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the Prize Draw. In order for the Prize to be awarded the Winner must respond to the notification email. The Winner will have 3 months to claim the Prize.
Item 9. Prize: There will be one (1) Winner per participating store, each Winner will win one (1) Prize.
Prize 1: 1 x $1,000 FRANKIE4 Gift Card (valid until 30/09/2026, not valid towards purchase of Gift Cards, not valid for cash or refund).
Prize 2: 1 x $1,000 FRANKIE4 Gift Card (valid until 30/09/2026, not valid towards purchase of Gift Cards, not valid for cash or refund).

Item 10. Prize Draw: One (1) winner will be drawn from entries at each participating store, for a total of three (3) winners. Three (3) draws, one draw per participating store, drawn at random by the Promoter at Office 1/1 Swann Road, Taringa QLD 4068, with one (1) Winner per draw. Using the order numbers of all qualifying entries made by Eligible Entrants during the Competition Period, the Winners will be drawn by a random electronic generator via wheelofnames.com. The first valid entry drawn per draw will be the Winner of the Prize.
Item 11. Draw Date: 8am (AEST) on Wednesday 1 October 2025.
Item 12. Unclaimed Prize Draw: If a Prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the Draw Date, an unclaimed Prize Draw will be held at Office 1/1 Swann Road, Taringa QLD 4068, at 8am (AEST) on Monday 5 January 2026, subject to the approval of any necessary regulatory authority. The Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in the same manner as set out in Item 8.

1. Agreement
1.1 General
a) These Terms of Entry (Terms), comprising the Schedule and these Terms and Conditions:
i) apply to the Competition being run by the Promoter; and
ii) form the basis of the legally binding agreement between you (you, entrant) and the Promoter.
b) By entering this Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not enter the Competition.
c) Not withstanding anything in these Terms, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion:
i) refuse to award the Prize to an entrant who fails or is unable to comply with these Terms; and
ii) make reasonable amendments to any aspect of the Competition or the Terms of Entry from time to time, subject to applicable laws.
2. Competition Details
2.1 Who can enter
a) Entry to the Competition is open to Eligible Entrants, who may submit up to the Maximum Number of Entries during the Competition Period. Entries received after the Competition Period will be deemed ineligible.
b) To confirm your eligibility, the Promoter may request you to provide verification information or documents, including (but not limited to) proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of residency. In the event that you cannot provide the requested documents, you may be deemed to be ineligible for the Competition.
2.2 How to enter
a) To enter the Competition, you must follow the Entry Method and enter the Competition in your own name. No other form of entry is permitted.
b) Once an entry is submitted, you acknowledge that the entry may not be withdrawn, altered or deleted (except as and where required by the Promoter, such as when the qualifying purchase has been returned for a refund).
c) Entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Promoter, who will exercise its judgement in ruling on questions of eligibility. The ruling of the Promoter on questions of eligibility will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
d) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries of other communications. Entries will be deemed void if they are found to be illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
3. Prize
a) The Prizes are specified at Item 9.
b) If any Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of the same values (which will not exceed $1000AUD).
c) All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
d) If you wish to transfer the Prize to another person, please contact us using the contact details in the Schedule.
4. Prize Draw
a) All valid entries will be included in the Prize Draw.
b) The winning Eligible Entrant of each Prize Draw (Winner) will win the Prize for that Prize Draw.
c) The Winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification specified in the Schedule.
d) The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Winner. However, if the Prize remains unclaimed within 3 months after the Prize Draw Date, the Promoter will hold an Unclaimed Prize Draw.
5. Use of personal information
a) The Promoter collects personal information from each entrant to conduct and promote the Competition (Permitted Purpose) and may for this purpose:
i) send electronic messages to or telephone the Winner;
ii) disclose such information to Australian regulatory authorities as required;
iii) disclose such information to State and Territory lottery departments or authorities as required;
iv) publish a Winner’s personal information on any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation; and
v) promote, publicise and market the Competition and the Promoter’s business.
b) Types of personal information collected include your:
i) name;
ii) email address;
iii) mobile number;
iv) postal address;
v) likeness and image.

c) You consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image or voice (or a combination of these) in the event you are a Winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied (or both) by the Promoter.
d) If you do not agree to your personal information being collected and used for the Permitted Purpose, you cannot participate in the Competition.

6. Liability
a) Winners may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without limitation:
i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
ii) any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference;
iii) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
iv) issues with communications networks or internet services, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise;
v) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms, where such variation is outside the reasonable control of the Promoter;
vi) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; or
vii) use of the Prize by a Winner, or any condition imposed on use of the Prize by any third party.
b) Subject to clauses 6(a) and 6(b), any liability of the Promoter in connection with the Competition or accepting or using any Prize is limited to an amount equal to the value of one Prize offered in the Competition.
7. Dispute Resolution
a) Neither party may commence court proceedings concerning any dispute between the parties arising out of or in relation to this agreement (Dispute), unless the party starting the proceedings has complied with this clause 7.
b) A party claiming that a Dispute has arisen must notify the other party in writing, specifying the nature of the dispute (Dispute Notice).
c) Following the Dispute Notice being given, each party’s authorised representative must endeavour in good faith to resolve the dispute within 14 days.
d) If the Dispute is not resolved within 14 days of the Dispute Notice being given, the parties may commence court proceedings.
8. General
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
8.2 Force Majeure
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by epidemic, pandemic, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war or terrorism, infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, invalidate any affected entries, or provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original Prize, and no compensation will be payable to any Eligible Entrant.
8.3 Severability
a) A clause or part of a clause of this document that is illegal or unenforceable may be severed from this agreement and the remaining clauses or parts of the clause of this agreement continue in force.
b) If any provision is or becomes illegal, unenforceable or invalid in any jurisdiction, it is to be treated as being severed from this agreement in the relevant jurisdiction, but the rest of this agreement will not be affected.
8.4 No waiver
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8.5 Interpretation
In these Terms:
a) terms defined in the Schedule have that meaning;
b) if a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning;
c) a reference to a document or agreement (including a reference to this agreement) is to that document or agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced;
d) unless expressly stated otherwise, a reference to '$' or 'dollar' is to Australian currency; and
e) the meaning of any general language is not restricted by any accompanying example, and the words 'includes', 'including', 'such as', or 'for example' (or similar phrases) do not limit what else might be included.

Item 2. Competition: Shop In-Store Giveaway | Mosman, Paddington
Item 3. Competition Period: The Competition Period is during store operating hours between Monday 1 September 2025 – Tuesday 30 September 2025.
Item 4. Age Restriction: 18 years and over.
Item 5. Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents who:
a) Meet the Age Restriction; and
b) Are not directors, management or employees of the Promoter and its related entities; and
c) Are not immediate family members of directors, management or employees of the Promoter and its related entities; and
d) Are opted-in to receive email marketing at the time of the Prize Draw; and
e) Complete all the requirements outlined in Item 7. Entry Method.
Item 6. Maximum Number of Entries: Maximum one (1) per person.
Item 7. Entry Method: Purchase any footwear product (purchase must include a pair of footwear, excludes shoelaces, socks, gift-cards) from any participating store during the Competition Period, and be opted-in to receive email marketing by FRANKIE4 at the time of the Prize Draw. Participating stores include and are limited to the following: FRANKIE4 Mosman Concept Store, FRANKIE4 Paddington Concept Store. Customers will automatically be entered into the draw upon completion of a qualifying purchase. If a customer returns their qualifying purchase for a refund, their entry into the promotion will be deemed invalid and withdrawn from the draw. Entries will not be invalidated if the customer exchanges the product or opts for a store credit, provided the replacement item or credited amount still qualifies under the original promotion criteria (i.e. full-price footwear).
Item 8. Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the Prize Draw. In order for the Prize to be awarded the Winner must respond to the notification email. The Winner will have 3 months to claim the Prize.
Item 9. Prize: There will be one (1) Winner per participating store, each Winner will win one (1) Prize.
Prize 1: 1 x $1,000 FRANKIE4 Gift Card (valid until 30/09/2026, not valid towards purchase of Gift Cards, not valid for cash or refund).
Prize 2: 1 x $1,000 FRANKIE4 Gift Card (valid until 30/09/2026, not valid towards purchase of Gift Cards, not valid for cash or refund).
Item 10. Prize Draw: One (1) winner will be drawn from entries at each participating store, for a total of two (2) winners. Two (2) draws, one draw per participating store, drawn at random by the Promoter at Office 1/1 Swann Road, Taringa QLD 4068, with one (1) Winner per draw. Using the order numbers of all qualifying entries made by Eligible Entrants during the Competition Period, the Winners will be drawn by a random electronic generator via wheelofnames.com. The first valid entry drawn per draw will be the Winner of the Prize.
Item 11. Draw Date: 8am (AEST) on Wednesday 1 October 2025.
Item 12. Unclaimed Prize Draw: If a Prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the Draw Date, an unclaimed Prize Draw will be held at Office 1/1 Swann Road, Taringa QLD 4068, at 8am (AEST) on Monday 5 January 2026, subject to the approval of any necessary regulatory authority. The Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in the same manner as set out in Item 8.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
8.2 Force Majeure

Item 3. Competition Period: The Competition Period is during store operating hours between Monday 1 September 2025 – Tuesday 30 September 2025.

Item 5. Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents who:
a) Meet the Age Restriction; and
b) Are not directors, management or employees of the Promoter and its related entities; and

Item 6. Maximum Number of Entries: Maximum one (1) per person.

Entry Method: Purchase any footwear product (purchase must include a pair of footwear, excludes shoelaces, socks, gift-cards) from any participating store during the Competition Period, and be opted-in to receive email marketing by FRANKIE4 at the time of the Prize Draw. Participating stores include and are limited to the following: FRANKIE4 Hyde Park Concept Store. Customers will automatically be entered into the draw upon completion of a qualifying purchase. If a customer returns their qualifying purchase for a refund, their entry into the promotion will be deemed invalid and withdrawn from the draw. Item 2. Competition: TikTok Giveaway with Revie Jane
Item 3. Competition Period: The Competition commences at 7PM (AEST) on Monday 1 September 2025 and ends at 11:59PM (AEST) on Thursday 4 September 2025.
Item 4. Age Restriction: 18 years and over.
Item 5. Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents who:
a) Meet the Age Restriction; and
b) Are not directors, management or employees of the Promoter and its related entities; and
c) Are not immediate family members of directors, management or employees of the Promoter and its related entities; and
d) Complete all the requirements outlined in Item 7. Entry Method.
Item 6. Maximum Number of Entries: One (1) per person.
Item 7. Entry Method: During the Competition Period, follow @frankie4footwear and @reviejane on TikTok, and like and tag a friend in the comments of the Competition Post on Review Jane’s TikTok page (@reviejane).
Item 8. Notification: The Winner will be notified via TikTok from 8AM Friday 5 September 2025 (AEST). In order for the Prize to be awarded the Winner must respond to the notification message. The Winner will have 3 months to claim the Prize.
Item 9. Prize: 1 x $500AUD FRANKIE4 Gift Card (valid until 30/09/2026, not valid towards purchase of Gift Cards, not valid for cash or refund).
Item 10. Prize Draw: One (1) draw drawn at random by the Promoter at Office 1/1 Swann Road, Taringa QLD 4068, with one (1) Winner per draw. The first valid entry drawn will be the Winner of the Prize.
Item 11. Draw Date: 8am (AEST) on Friday 5 September 2025.
Item 12. Unclaimed Prize Draw: If a Prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the Draw Date, an unclaimed Prize Draw will be held at Office 1/1 Swann Road, Taringa QLD 4068, at 8am (AEST) on Monday 8 December 2025, subject to the approval of any necessary regulatory authority. The Winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in the same manner as set out in Item 8.
Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
1.1 General
a) These Terms of Entry (Terms), comprising the Schedule and these Terms and Conditions:
i) apply to the Competition being run by the Promoter; and
ii) form the basis of the legally binding agreement between you (you, entrant) and the Promoter.
b) By entering this Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not enter the Competition.
c) Not withstanding anything in these Terms, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion:
i) refuse to award any Prize to an entrant who fails or is unable to comply with these Terms; and
ii) make reasonable amendments to any aspect of the Competition or the Terms of Entry from time to time, subject to applicable laws.
1.2 Social Media Platforms
a) We may host or conduct the Competition via our Social Media.
b) By entering this Competition through a Social Media platform, you:
i) agree to comply with the Social Media platform’s terms of use;
ii) release the Social Media platform from all claims based on, related to or arising from the Competition; and
iii) acknowledge and agree that this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with any of the Social Media platforms.
2. Competition Details
2.1 Who can enter
a) Entry to the Competition is open to Eligible Entrants, who may submit up to the Maximum Number of Entries during the Competition Period. Entries received after the Competition Period will be deemed ineligible.
b) To confirm your eligibility, the Promoter may request you to provide verification information or documents, including (but not limited to) proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and verification of your social media profile. In the even that you cannot provide the requested documents, you may be deemed to be ineligible for the Competition.
c) Entry into the Competition is free. However, you may need to pay for internet access to submit your entry.
2.2 How to enter
a) To enter the Competition, you must follow the Entry Method and enter the Competition in your own name. No other form of entry is permitted.
b) Once an entry is submitted, you acknowledge that the entry may not be withdrawn, altered or deleted (except as and where required by the Promoter).
c) Entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Promoter, who will exercise its judgement in ruling on questions of eligibility. The ruling of the Promoter on questions of eligibility will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
d) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries of other communications. Entries will be deemed void if they are found to be illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
3. Prize
a) The Prizes are specified at Item 9.
b) The Prize is valid for one use online at frankie4.com or in-store at FRANKIE4 Concept Stores (Australia), is redeemable on footwear only (excludes Limited Edition collection, Isla, Venice, and gift-cards), is non-refundable, and expires 11:59PM Wednesday 30 September 2026.
c) If any Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of the same values.
d) All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
e) If you wish to transfer the Prize to another person, please contact us using the contact details in the Schedule.
4. Prize Draw
a) All valid entries will be included in the Prize Draw.
b) The winning Eligible Entrant of each Prize Draw (Winner) will win the Prize for that Prize Draw.
c) Each Winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification specified in the Schedule. Results of the Prize Draws will be published on our Website (within these Terms & Conditions).
d) The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Winner. However, if the Prize remains unclaimed within 3 months after the Prize Draw Date, the Promoter will hold an Unclaimed Prize Draw.
5. Use of personal information
a) The Promoter collects personal information from each entrant to conduct and promote the Competition (Permitted Purpose) and may for this purpose:
i) send electronic messages to or telephone the Winner;
ii) disclose such information to Australian regulatory authorities as required;
iii) disclose such information to State and Territory lottery departments or authorities as required;
iv) publish a Winner’s personal information on any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation; and
v) promote, publicise and market the Competition and the Promoter’s business.
b) Types of personal information collected include your:
i) name;
ii) email address;
iii) likeness and image.

c) You consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image or voice (or a combination of these) in the event you are a Winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied (or both) by the Promoter.
d) If you do not agree to your personal information being collected and used for the Permitted Purpose, you cannot participate in the Competition.

6. Liability
a) Winners may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without limitation:
i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
ii) any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference;
iii) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
iv) issues with communications networks or internet services, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise;
v) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms, where such variation is outside the reasonable control of the Promoter;
vi) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; or
vii) use of the Prize by a Winner, or any condition imposed on use of the Prize by any third party.
b) Subject to clauses 6(a) and 6(b), any liability of the Promoter in connection with the Competition or accepting or using any Prize is limited to an amount equal to the value of one Prize offered in the Competition.
7. Dispute Resolution
a) Neither party may commence court proceedings concerning any dispute between the parties arising out of or in relation to this agreement (Dispute), unless the party starting the proceedings has complied with this clause 7.
b) A party claiming that a Dispute has arisen must notify the other party in writing, specifying the nature of the dispute (Dispute Notice).
c) Following the Dispute Notice being given, each party’s authorised representative must endeavour in good faith to resolve the dispute within 14 days.
d) If the Dispute is not resolved within 14 days of the Dispute Notice being given, the parties may commence court proceedings.
8. General
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
8.2 Force Majeure
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by epidemic, pandemic, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war or terrorism, infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, invalidate any affected entries, or provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original Prize, and no compensation will be payable to any Eligible Entrant.
8.3 Severability
a) A clause or part of a clause of this document that is illegal or unenforceable may be severed from this agreement and the remaining clauses or parts of the clause of this agreement continue in force.
b) If any provision is or becomes illegal, unenforceable or invalid in any jurisdiction, it is to be treated as being severed from this agreement in the relevant jurisdiction, but the rest of this agreement will not be affected.
8.4 No waiver
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8.5 Interpretation
In these Terms:
a) terms defined in the Schedule have that meaning;
b) if a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning;
c) a reference to a document or agreement (including a reference to this agreement) is to that document or agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced;
d) unless expressly stated otherwise, a reference to '$' or 'dollar' is to Australian currency; and
e) the meaning of any general language is not restricted by any accompanying example, and the words 'includes', 'including', 'such as', or 'for example' (or similar phrases) do not limit what else might be included.

3. Competition: Fresca Giveaway with LVLY
4. Competition Period: The Competition commences at 7PM (AEST) on Monday 15 September 2025 and ends at 11:59PM (AEST) on Sunday 21 September 2025.

6. Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents who:

Each comment that you tag a friend in on the Competition Post will award you with one (1) entry. Sharing the giveaway post via stories will result in an additional one (1) entry per person (Instagram profile must be public for additional entry to be awarded).
9. Notification: Winner will be notified by Instagram DM within 2 days. Winner will have 3 months to claim the Prize.
10. Prize: 2 x $500AUD FRANKIE4 Gift Vouchers (see item i. for more details), and 2 x LVLY Flower Bouquets valued at $135.90 each (see item ii. for more details). Maximum total value = $1271.80AUD.
i) One Voucher for the Winner, one Voucher to be shared with the tagged friend. Each Voucher is valid for $500AUD which can be redeemed towards full-priced footwear only, (excludes Isla, Venice, Limited Edition, shoelaces, socks, and gift-cards). Valid online at frankie4.com or in-store at FRANKIE4 Concept Stores. Valid until 31/13/2025.
ii) One Bouquet for the Winner, one Bouquet to be shared with the tagged friend. Plant and soil quarantine prevents LVLY from delivering their trademark flowers to Tasmania. These orders also cannot be sent to the Northern Territory. See Terms and Conditions 3(c) for substitution in these instances.
b) By entering this Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not enter the Competition.

i) If the recipient lives outside of our same-day delivery areas.
ii) If the recipient lives in TAS, where border quarantine prohibit LVLY from delivery flowers to this state.
iii) If the recipient lives in NT, where LVLY is unable to deliver flowers.
d) All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

c) Subject to clauses 6(a), 6(b), and 6(c), any liability of the Promoter in connection with the Competition or accepting or using any Prize is limited to an amount equal to the value of one Prize offered in the Competition.
