Full-priced footwear can be returned within 30 days for a refund, store credit, or exchange, if unworn and in original condition. AU customers will receive a free return label for exchanges over $185 or store credit. A $12 fee applies to all refunds and any exchanges under $185. International return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• 0–20% Off: Eligible for return as per our standard policy.
• 30% Off: Not eligible for refund unless faulty. Returnable within 30 days (unworn/as new) for a size exchange (same style/colour, pending stock) or store credit.
• 40–50% Off: Final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind (including wrong size) unless faulty.
• $99, $129, $159 or $199 Offers: Final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind (including wrong size) unless faulty.
