"My grandmother, affectionately named Omi, left Europe after WW2 as a young girl, having lost her father and all material goods her family ever owned. Two decades after arriving in Australia, she became a successful hospitality business owner and gained full autonomy over her life. As an 84-year-old, she has more fun than most people do in their 20s. She has always managed to extract enjoyment in life and has a positive, straightforward view of the world that I never cease to find refreshing."

My mum, Caroline, is the epitome of resilience and love. She set the tone for me through life to be hardworking and driven, but never let anything get in the way of what is most important, family (whether its family by blood or by choice) and your health. She has always been a positive role model for me to prioritise me, even if it's just for 30 minutes a day, because you can't give to others when you're running yourself on empty.
Secondly, Caroline, FRANKIE4s founder. Over 13 years I have seen what sacrifices it has taken to grow our company to what it is today. Despite encountering numerous obstacles and facing skepticism from others, she remained unwavering in her focus and mission. It takes a lot of guts to have a dream and then follow through to make it a reality, and in doing so she has helped more women than she ever thought imaginable. My approach of caring and trusting our people is deeply rooted in the support and trust I have received through my career."
