Dispatch Timeframes
Once you've placed your order, please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to pick and dispatch your order.
You will receive a shipping update via email, which will include your Australia Post tracking details, as soon as your order is on its way to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy period.
Christmas Shipping Cut-off Dates
The busy Christmas & New Year period is fast approaching. To make sure your new shoes and gifts arrive before Christmas, be sure to place your orders by the dates below:
- Standard Parcel Post: Order by 16 December for East Coast states, 11 December for all other states.
Shipping within Australia
We offer complimentary shipping on all AU orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a $12 shipping fee.

Shipping to New Zealand
We offer complimentary shipping on all NZ orders over $150AUD. Orders under $150AUD will incur a $20AUD shipping fee. Once your order has been dispatched, shipping from Australia to New Zealand is approx. 4-8 business days, however, may differ based on your location and during peak periods.
