This International Women's Day is all about the 2024 theme of #InspireInclusion

We can all make a difference in our workplaces, our communities, and through our daily routines. In this spirit, some of our FRANKIE4 team shared what they most value about the work they do.

WHAT DO YOU MOST VALUE IN THE WORK YOU DO?

"I value the opportunity to empower and support our team, leading by example and being able to set the tone for how our people feel about their work and workplace. A personal connection and trust in your team goes a long way. With a background in human resources, I have always been drawn to the idea of positively influencing people's lives, and I know that, beyond all measures, nothing is possible without our people. In my current role, I find immense satisfaction in creating an environment where our employees feel valued, heard, supported and motivated to succeed."
