Depending on the style, they are either built-in or adjustable. This style features a built in Sole Hero™ Support Footbed designed with the aim to alleviate and prevent heel pain (including Plantar Fasciitis), arch pain, and forefoot pain through 2 key elements:

Align: The Footbed contours were designed with the aim to help facilitate better alignment and movement through the foot and leg by supporting the heel and arch.

Cushion: The Sole Hero™ Footbed is loaded with cushioning where it is needed. Our contoured layered system is designed to aid in shock absorption and enhance the feeling of softness under foot. To put it simply, our aim is for the shoe (including this footbed) to help take the stress of standing and walking on hard surfaces, and the wearer to feel their feet are walking on clouds.

This style comes with our registered design Gel Forefoot Cushions - provided for a cushioned, customisable fit.

Before applying the gel cushions, test the position within the shoe to confirm your preferred fit. Should you plan to continue to use the gel cushion, remove the back film and apply.

Once the gel cushions have been stuck down they do not peel off easily, this is to ensure they stay in place. If they have been stuck into the shoes please note it may impact our Returns Policy.

Gel cushions are only to be used with the styles they come with. It is not recommended to use the gel cushions with any other shoe styles.
