General Questions

When is the sale?

The FRANKiE4 EVERYTHING Sale starts at 6AM AEST on Friday 11th June and ends at midnight AEST on Sunday 13th June.

Where is the sale?

This will be an online only sale. All of our Concept Stores will be closed over the duration of the sale. We are unable to take over the phone orders during the sale.

What products are on sale?

All FRANKiE4 products are on sale (excluding the sock and sockette range, and e-Gift cards). All prices are as marked.

I can’t get through on your phone line.

As you can imagine, sale events are a busy time at FRANKiE4. If you can’t get through, you can reach us via live chat on our website. Click on the Chat Icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Alternatively, send us an email at info@frankie4.com.au.

Products and Stock

Will you be restocking during the sale? Can I pre-order?

We will not be restocking any styles during the sale period, and don’t have any pre-orders available at this time. All available stock will be loaded online. If excess stock becomes available during the sale period, it will be uploaded to the online store – this stock will be sold on a ‘first in’ basis. We cannot honour the sale discount on future restocks.

What size should I purchase?

FRANKiE4 products generally run true to size. If you haven’t purchased FRANKiE4 shoes before, we would suggest trying the size that you usually wear in AU/US sized shoes. If you’re not too sure of your size, you may like to refer to our size guide here.

Please familiarise yourself with the return policy prior to purchase, as products discounted greater than 20% off are not eligible for return due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Can you hold stock for me?

No, unfortunately, we cannot hold stock aside. All stock available is loaded online and will be sold on a ‘first in’ basis.

Once I put an item in my cart, is that stock reserved to my order?

Adding a product to your cart does not secure or reserve the stock, and inventory may be sold before you complete the purchase process. Unfortunately, once the stock is sold out, it is sold out, we will not be restocking during the sale period.

Do you offer rain checks if the style/size I want is sold out?

No, we do not offer rain checks for styles that are restocked in future.

Coupons and Gift Cards

Can I use my Health Professional Code or Discount Code during the sale?

No, the sale price is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
This includes and is not limited to: birthday vouchers, review vouchers, professional discounts.

Can I use my Store Credit during the sale?

Yes. If you have a store credit issued by FRANKiE4, you can apply this at the checkout.

Can I use my e-Gift Card during the sale?

Yes. If you have an e-Gift Card issued by FRANKiE4, you can apply this at the checkout.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy on sale products?

10% - 20% OFF – If your shoes were purchased between 10% - 20% off, they are an eligible product. As long as your shoes are returned within 45 days of receiving them and are in their as new and unworn condition, we are happy to accept them back for a store credit or refund. Please follow the prompts on our return page to start the return process.

21% - 50% OFF – If your shoes were purchased at a discount greater than 20% off, they are a final sale product. No refund, exchanges or credit notes available on change of mind for products included in this promotion (this includes purchasing the wrong size). If you are unsure about your size or fit, this might not be the sale for you.

Products priced at $79, $99 - If your shoes were purchased on a markdown at $79 or $99, they are a final sale product. No refund, exchanges or credit notes available on change of mind for products included in this promotion (this includes purchasing the wrong size). If you are unsure about your size or fit, this might not be the sale for you.

Can you backdate the sale price on my recent order?

The FRANKiE4 Sale started at 6AM AEST on Friday 11th June. Sale prices are valid from the beginning of the sale period and cannot be back dated for a refund or store credit.

I bought the wrong style or size; can I change my order?

We are not able to amend or change existing orders. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to update delivery addresses, sizes or styles purchased. So you don’t miss out on the style or size you are after, we would recommend placing a second order. Then get in touch via email info@frankie4.com.au with details of the incorrect order and we may be able to assist further.

Shipping and Delivery

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

Please refer to Australia Posts ‘Parcel Post delivery times’, for an estimate delivery timeframe here.

How do I track my delivery?

All orders are sent via tracked post. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information, to follow the delivery of your new shoes.

If you have ordered multiple pairs of shoes, they may arrive separately, depending on the location the stock is being sent from. It is also common for parcels, even if they are from the same order, to be separated in transit through Australia Post.

Can I get my order via Express Post?

Australia – Due to the high volume of parcels being dispatched over the sale period, unfortunately we are not able to offer Express Post within Australia, during the sale.

International – All of our international orders are sent via INTL Express Tracked Post.

How much does shipping cost?
