Treat your feet to FRANKiE4 shoes by adding a style, colour and size to your cart, then head to the checkout to see if it’s available for click and collect.
Select ‘Pick Up’ as your delivery method and select your preferred store.
Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive a Ready to Collect email.
WHAT TO BRING

When collecting your order please bring a valid photo ID
like a driver licence or passport as well
as your Order Number and Ready to Collect email,
either printed or on your phone.

If someone will be picking up the click and
collect order on your behalf, please contact the store
so this can be added as a note to your order.
Please ensure they bring Photo ID with them also.

When will my order be ready?

We endeavour to fulfill click & collect orders placed before 1pm for same day pick up,
but can take up to 1 business day to be ready instore.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

If a click and Collect order is not collected within 1 week of placing the order with no contact from the buyer,
our customer service team will be in touch to try to arrange an alternative pick up date or delivery option.

What happens if my order can’t be fulfilled?

In the unfortunate event that your selected store is unable to fulfill the order,
you will be contacted by our customer service team to provide alternative options.

Will click & collect be available during sales?

Due to the business of these times, this service may not be available during sales.
